The Pipes & Drums of St. Andrew is a civilian pipe band from Parkersburg, West Virginia.
The band performs in West Virginia, Ohio and Maryland. Our players range in age from 17 to over 70.
Our uniform is in the military style and sports the Ferguson tartan.
